• Min. 2 (two) years experience at the same position in 5 stars hotel
• Knowledge of mixology, wine, spirits, and bar trends
• Understanding of inventory control, stock rotation, and ordering supplies
• Ability to manage inventories and control costs effectively
• Good problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to boosts revenue through upselling, promotions, and monitoring sales performance, while controlling costs by managing inventory and minimizing waste
