Chief Engineer

Requirements:

• Min. 3 (three) years experience in the same field in a 5-star hotel
• Strong knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire safety systems
• Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to respond to emergency situations
• Knowledge of sustainability practices and energy-saving technologies
• Strong communication skills to interact with hotel management, staff, and contractors
• Flexible and adaptable to the fast-paced nature of hotel operations
