Job Qualifications :

• At least 3 (three) years experience at the same field in the 5 stars hotel
• Strong in Manpower Regulation , Legal, Leadership skills, Training and Communication
• Manage the budget and departmental expenses to achieve budgeted goals
• Ensure the Plan, organize and execute Human Resources programme running well
• Familiar with Sunfish system and Human Resources administration
• Proficient in English both spoken & written
