Job Qualifications :

• At least 3 (three) years experience at the same field in the 5 stars hotel
• Strong in Guest satisfaction , Promotion, Marketing strategy and Revenue target
• Manage and control the budget, food & beverage cost to achieve budgeted goals
• Proven knowledge and ability to manage days to days Restaurant, Banquet and Bar operational
• Familiar with Opera Symphony system
• Proficient in English both spoken & written
