Job Qualifications :
- At least 3 (three) years experience at the same field in the 5 stars hotel
- Strong in Guest satisfaction , Promotion, Marketing strategy and Revenue target
- Manage and control the budget, food & beverage cost to achieve budgeted goals
- Proven knowledge and ability to manage days to days Restaurant, Banquet and Bar operational
- Familiar with Opera Symphony system
- Proficient in English both spoken & written
