Celebrating Kartini Day 2025: Empowering Women, Inspiring Change at Panbil Hospitality
In honor of Kartini Day, on April 21st, 2025, Panbil Hospitality Group proudly hosted a special event themed “Wyndham Fearless: Women Leading Change” — a tribute to the strength, resilience, and evolving roles of women in today’s world.
Held at the heart of our Panbil property, the event brought together employees, guests, and invited speakers to celebrate the spirit of R.A. Kartini — Indonesia’s icon of women’s empowerment — while fostering awareness on women’s leadership and health.
Empowering Talks from Inspiring Women
Two keynote speakers headlined the event:
Lisa Yulia SS., CMILT, a distinguished professional in logistics and leadership, delivered a talk titled “Peran Kepemimpinan Wanita” (The Role of Women in Leadership). She shared her journey as a woman navigating and thriving in male-dominated industries, encouraging women to lead with confidence, vision, and authenticity.
Dr. Ni Made Indri, SpOG, an obstetrics and gynecology specialist, brought a crucial health focus with her talk on “Pola Hidup Sehat untuk Mengatasi PCOS” (Healthy Lifestyles to Overcome PCOS). She emphasized the importance of early detection, nutrition, and mental wellness in managing reproductive health challenges that many women face silently.
Healthy Beginnings, Hopeful Futures
This year’s Kartini celebration also highlighted the importance of health and wellness as foundational tools for empowerment. Guests received practical tips, participated in wellness discussions, and explored ways to integrate healthier routines into their daily lives — especially as women balance careers, families, and personal growth.
A Continuing Commitment
Through events like these, Panbil Hospitality Group reaffirms its ongoing commitment to gender equity, health advocacy, and personal development. We believe empowered women create empowered communities — and by creating platforms for learning and connection, we carry forward Kartini’s legacy in a way that’s meaningful and modern.
