Signed up for the Palawan Hiking and it was the best experience!! Our guide Iwan shared with us lots of cool facts about the plants and environment, and even made us fresh coffee at the waterfall. He kept us safe and was attentive to our needs, eg insect repellent, poncho, photo-taking. It was super fun and we had a very good time, definitely the highlight of our trip to Batam! Thank you Iwan!

Went for the ~3 hours palawan hike and had a great nature experience. We were able to feed deers, explore nature, and was even provided a hot drink at a river rest point. Ranger Iwan was very interactive and knowledgeable, definitely recommended.

The hiking is really fun. Highly recommended for those who are tired of the city atmosphere. Yesterday I was guided by Sis Andika. Well prepared!!

Booked the pandan trail (medium difficulty) and had such a great time! Our guide Lee shared alot about the different trees, leaves, etc with us so we found it really informative. The trail also has fun challenges/activities to try out and we enjoyed ourselves.

Please wear long pants as there will be mosquitoes and some plants are huge/may have thorns (the guide will warn you beforehand)

Andika was a great guide!! Really friendly and helpful during our hiking experience. We did the Pandan trail which was moderate and it is good for beginner hikers (but with some level of fitness). Highly reccomend this experience + also came with lunch and deer feeding. We messaged them on whatsapp the night prior and they responded very quickly in the morning! No crowd when we went on weekday morning (abt 1030am)

Never heard of this nature reserve park in Batam my whole life actually. Kids absolutely loved this place! It was well managed by the staffs and the rangers.. one of them named ati provided clear explanations of the animals especially the bunnies and Guinea pigs roaming around their space..there were also different kinds of birds and feeding session for them.halfway it started to pour and the rangers were kind providing us poncho..so nice of them..overall thumbs up to the management👍🏻

My fiancée and i booked the 2-3 hours medium difficulty hiking with our guide Lee, he was shy at first but he slowly opened up and was very friendly & experienced with the trial. Had lots of laugh and fun trailing through the jungle with him. Would highly recommend people to come by. My advice to those planning to go wear long pants as the mosquitoes there are commandos insect repellent patch isn’t strong enough for them and wear proper foot wear.

We discovered Panbil Nature Reserve through our researches online and wanted to do something different than what Batam is most commonly known for - shopping and seafood.

It was about a 20-minute ride from the hotel we stayed at in Harbour Bay. The park was clean and well maintained. Because we were with children, ages 13, 11, 8 and 2 (free for under 2) we signed up for the Beginner level hike, Semar Hiking and got Lee as our guide! He has made our hiking experience memorable, educational and enjoyable. Lee really knows his stuff, has his own humour and is great with kids! Our toddler didn’t hesitate to be carried by him and he was very comfortable with him throughout, they also had their little chats 😆

Lee took care of us overall, and the hike was the highlight of our Batam trip. We will definitely come back, and request for Lee as our guide again! 😝

Joined Palawan hiking package which I felt worth it . Our guide Mr.Lee was kind and knowledgeable, not only led us but also introduced lots of plants and animals to us, fortunately we met a lot of residents here. The unforgettable part is the nature pond located in the deep area which is so clear and see the bottom. Allowing us the soaked into it, especially after sweating a lot, it’s very special experience!!!
At the end of the package ,food also provided .
