This hotel belongs to the Panbil Group which also has Serviced Residence and Nature Reserve. Previously it was part of the Best Western network but is now a Wyndham with greater benefits for their members. my stay was great. The hotel is in full occupancy because there is a Mandiri bank group booking, but the service level remains optimal to the point, they offer breakfast takeaway for no extra charge so you don't get disturbed. This hotel's facilities are also complete. There is a swimming pool, gym and 3 restaurants with different specialties. The breakfast option is also good because it changes every day. For those who stay for a long time, of course this is very important. Seating is also spacious and high capacity. No complaints with my room whatsoever. Complete amenities and personalization from the staff. Overall I feel the stay is very worth the price especially if you take into account your member benefits and the points

all facilities services etc. are ok but I see that for interns/pkl the working hours are the same as permanent employees. It's a pity to see

The hotel provides everything a 5* hotel should offer. Clean and comfortable rooms, minibar, pool, fantastic breakfast, you name it and it most likely has it. The hotel employees are also very helpful and kind. They even gave us a welcome present for our anniversary. When I come back to Batam, I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed at this hotel in August 2024.
Our experience was great.
We enjoyed clean rooms, wonderful bathroom amenities, excellent food and beverage service and hospitable staff. It felt almost like a home stay because anyone who saw us greeted and conversed with us like we were familiar to them. The staff are also well knowledgeable about the place. In room experiences like dining and laundry are also superb. We also salute their attempts at sustainability such as placing a water canister with a small tap in the room and the overall use of bio degradable and not single use materials. We will meet again!

Note : the location is not city Center. It’s tranquil nature and not a shoppers paradise.

Staff are very polite and friendly. They make you feel welcomed and definitely treat you with utmost respect. The rooms are awesome. Very cosy and comfortable. The mini-bar fridge is convenient. The room has an iron, so there is no need to worry about folds from clothes in your baggage. You can always iron them out. Huge TV for our entertainment. Really great hotel.

Worth of price, good room , nice view from swimming pool, various selection of breakfast buffet, good service.
Just one missed is nobody in swimming pool to get towel at 6.30am maybe not open yet but people will love swim while see sunrise.
However i will recommend this hotel if you want to relax and enjoy life after busy and hectic working days with affordable cost.
