Senior Sales Manager (Overseas Market)

We are looking for a results-oriented Senior Sales Manager to lead our overseas market expansion at Wyndham Panbil Batam.

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in hotel sales, preferably in the international market
• Strong understanding of global travel trends and international B2B networks (wholesalers, DMCs, corporate buyers)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (other languages are a plus)
• Willingness to travel internationally for business development and trade events
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Proactive, target-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
